Sylvia was a total superstar, helping us out and getting us sorted ASAP. The location is ridiculously quiet, but still close to everything we needed. We basically had the pool to ourselves the whole week. There may not be a bar or catering, but shops are right across the street. The hosts were super friendly, recommending awesome places to visit and attractions. The location is perfect, within a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The place was clean and peaceful, except for some faint music from nearby bars. Parking wasn't a problem, always finding a spot close by. The towels were changed 3 times during our 7-night stay. The kitchen equipment was surprisingly good, making meal prep a breeze. The barbecue area was a nice touch. We were allowed to stay a bit longer than check-out time, which was a huge plus. The hosts, Juan and Sylvia, are seriously the best. They even gave us birthday treats! The location couldn't be better, just meters away from the beach and boulevard. Yumbo, Cita, and Anexo are close by, along with a supermarket and bus stop across the street. The apartment had everything we needed, no frills, just simple and comfortable.

The venue has reasonably spacious rooms and magnificent location near a bus stop. Guests can make use of kitchenette. Staff is helpful, great job everyone. There is café Ola blanca offering coffee and treats within 300 metres of the venue.

We had a great stay in Playa del Ingles, very close to everything we needed - the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the bus station. It was super close to the beach.

The location of Los Ficus is marvelous, with easy access to the seashore, beach, shopping, restaurants, and the bus station. It is set in a fairly nice area, just next door to the Dunes of Maspalomas.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely. The common areas were beautifully adorned with vibrant colors and stunning artwork, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, it was easy to navigate around the hotel as there were no stairs and the hallways were wide enough for me to walk comfortably with my walker.

I would have appreciated a more attentive staff. The children working there seemed overwhelmed at times and could have been more proactive in addressing the needs of the guests, especially senior citizens.

No free Wi-Fi, which is ridiculous in this day and age. Some apartments only get sun for a short part of the day, so you may find yourself in the shade at times.

We also enjoyed the nice barbecue area. the hosts, Silvia and Juan, were fantastic and always ready to assist. the apartment was spotless and the towels were changed three times during our seven-night stay. Lastly, we appreciated being allowed to stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of our departure, as we had an afternoon flight. Cons: Nothing to be said. 🌟.

Loved the pool and playground, they were just perfect for my quiet solo vacation. The 24-hour front desk was so helpful, especially when I needed someone to listen to my complaints.
